Abdul Samad Dawood is the Vice Chair of the Board of Dawood Hercules Corporation and has been a director since 2002. He previously served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Engro Corporation. Abdul Samad has over 20 years of experience in management and governance and has developed a special interest in mergers and acquisitions. He holds a degree in BA Economics from University College London and has certification in Director of Corporate Governance from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
